Md. Raihan Hossain
I design brochures, catalogs and brand identities for luxury real estate. My job is simple: make a property look as good on paper as it does in real life, so it's easier to sell.
It started in 2020. After my HSC exams I got my first smartphone and began playing with photo editing apps. I'd loved drawing since I was a kid, so design felt natural. During the pandemic, with some guidance from a local freelancer, I took on my first freelance projects.
A while later I came across luxury real estate brands and knew I'd found my place. Over time my work started bringing clients to me, and by the endless mercy of Allah, I've now worked with brands in 20+ countries, designing in English, Arabic, German, Bangla and more.

Discovery & Research
We start with a short chat about your project. I go through your brief, content and references to understand your goals, your buyers and the feel you’re after.

Concept & Strategy
I look at your competitors and where your project sits in the market, then set a clear design direction so every choice has a reason behind it.

Moodboard & Style
Before designing any pages, I share a moodboard with colors, fonts and visual references. You approve the look first, so there are no surprises later.

Layout Planning
I plan every page: what goes where, what the reader sees first and how the story flows from the cover to the last page.

Design
I design everything in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, with close attention to type, spacing and image quality.

Feedback & Delivery
You review the first draft and I refine it until it’s right. Then you get print-ready PDFs and the editable source files.
